Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to optional paid plans bought on bandhanone.com from BandhanOne, a product of XDQ Labs ("BandhanOne", "we"). Creating a profile, matching and chatting with mutual matches are free and involve no payment.

1. Nature of the service

Paid plans are digital services. They are activated on your account immediately after a successful payment and their benefits can be used straight away. Plans are one-time payments for a fixed period and do not renew automatically.

2. Cancellation

• You may stop using a plan at any time, and you can delete your account at any time (Profile → Settings → Delete account).
• Because plans do not auto-renew, there is nothing to cancel to stop future charges.
• Cancelling or deleting your account does not by itself entitle you to a refund for the remaining period, except as described in section 3.

3. When we refund

As benefits are delivered instantly, payments are generally non-refundable. We will refund the full amount if:

• you were charged but the plan was not activated on your account within 24 hours and we cannot activate it;
• you were charged more than once for the same purchase (duplicate payment);
• money was debited because of a technical error on our side, or for a transaction that failed;
• you write to us within 48 hours of purchase and have not used any paid benefit of that plan.

4. When we do not refund

• A change of mind after paid benefits have been used, or part-used validity.
• Not finding a match, or the outcome of any conversation or proposal — we introduce people; we cannot guarantee a match or a marriage.
• Accounts suspended or terminated for breaking our Terms (for example fake profiles, harassment, or asking members for money).
• Purchases made through Google Play — these follow Google Play's refund policy and are requested from Google.

5. How to ask for a refund

Email support@bandhanone.com from your registered email address within 7 days of the payment, with the payment / transaction ID, date and amount. We reply within 2 working days.

6. Refund timelines

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking or wallet) through our payment partner within 5–7 working days of approval. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the credit. We do not refund in cash or to a different account.
