Shipping & Delivery Policy

Last updated 21 October 2026

BandhanOne sells digital services only. We do not sell or ship any physical goods, so no shipping charges apply and nothing is delivered to a postal address.

How paid plans are delivered

• A paid plan is delivered instantly and electronically to the BandhanOne account you were signed in to when you paid.
• You receive a confirmation email at your registered email address, and the plan shows in the app under Profile → Settings → My plan.
• If your plan is not active within 24 hours of a successful payment, email support@bandhanone.com with your payment / transaction ID. We will activate it or refund you in full as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Where we serve

BandhanOne is offered to members in India. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
