These terms are an agreement between you and XDQ Labs, Gurugram (Gurgaon), Haryana, India ("BandhanOne", "we", "us"). BandhanOne — the app and bandhanone.com — is a product of XDQ Labs. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Cancellation & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use BandhanOne.

1. What BandhanOne is

BandhanOne is a platform for marriage introductions. It is not a dating service and not a marriage bureau that arranges marriages. We help adults and their families find and talk to suitable partners. Verification confirms identity only; it does not vouch for anyone's character, intentions, income, education, marital history, health or any other claim. You and your family are responsible for your own decisions, for checking what matters to you, and for meeting safely.

2. Who may use it

• You must be at least 18 (women) or 21 (men), legally able to marry under the laws that apply to you, and not currently married (unless divorced, widowed or annulled, and so stated).
• You must live in India or be of Indian origin, and be able to enter into a binding contract.
• A parent, sibling, relative or friend may create a profile for someone only with that person's knowledge and consent; the member remains responsible for it.
• One account per person. Accounts are personal and may not be sold or transferred.

3. Your account

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep access to your email secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once at support@bandhanone.com if you think someone else has used it.

4. Your profile and conduct

• Be truthful. Do not misrepresent your identity, age, marital status, religion, community, education, profession, income or family.
• Upload only photos of yourself that you have the right to use.
• Never ask for or send money, gifts, OTPs or financial details. No commercial promotion, recruitment or solicitation.
• No harassment, threats, hate speech, obscene or sexual content, or anything unlawful.
• Do not share other members' details, photos or chats outside BandhanOne, and do not copy, scrape or misuse member data.
• Do not interfere with the service, create fake accounts, or use bots or automated tools.

5. Chat safety

Before your first message you will be asked to accept our chat safety pledge. For your security, please don't go beyond chat for now:

• Keep conversations inside BandhanOne until you have met with family and feel sure.
• Don't share your phone number, address, workplace, ID numbers or bank details early.
• Never send money, gift cards or OTPs to anyone you met here, for any reason.
• Involve your family early, and meet for the first time in a public place with family informed.
• Report anything that feels wrong. Messages that ask for money or contact details may be flagged and reviewed by our safety team.

6. Free plan

Joining, browsing curated matches and chatting with mutual matches are free. To keep interest thoughtful and fair, the free plan includes 20 likes (interests) per day, refreshed at midnight India time, and 7 Super Interests per week.

7. Paid plans and payments

• Optional paid plans, their prices (in INR) and benefits are listed on our Pricing page. Applicable GST is shown before you pay.
• Website payments are processed by our payment partner, Cashfree Payments; purchases inside the Android app are processed by Google Play. Your use of those payment services is also subject to their terms.
• A plan is a one-time payment for a fixed period, activates on successful payment, and does not renew automatically.
• Refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Delivery of plans is described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
• Paid plans improve visibility and features; they do not guarantee responses, a match or a marriage.
• We may change prices or plans in future. A change applies only to purchases made after it is published; plans already bought keep their price and validity.

8. AI features

Bandhan Saathi suggests text (profile intros, replies, funny lines, voice-note ideas) and offers an AI practice partner. Suggestions are always marked AI, may be imperfect, and are sent only if you choose to send them. The practice partner is not a member and is never shown as one. You are responsible for what you send.

9. Moderation, suspension and termination

We may review reported or flagged content, remove content, limit features, or suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms or the law, or that put members at risk — with or without notice where safety requires — and may block a banned person's ID from registering again. Paid plans on accounts terminated for a breach are not refunded. You may delete your account at any time.

10. Content and intellectual property

You keep ownership of what you upload, and give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and process it only to run BandhanOne (for example, showing your profile to suitable members). The BandhanOne name, logo, app and website are our property; do not copy or use them without written permission.

11. Disclaimers

BandhanOne is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that you will find a match, that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that information given by members is accurate. We do not conduct criminal background checks. Verification is limited to the checks we describe.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, BandhanOne is not liable for the conduct of any member on or off the platform, or for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or ₹1,000 if you paid nothing.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify BandhanOne against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms, your content, or your conduct towards other members.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use BandhanOne after that means you accept the updated terms.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, India.
